RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Two Tones sells 3D-printed products, tabletop miniatures, bookmarks, and book-lover goods within India.

RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to prior written approval from Two Tones.

ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable. Custom builds, personalised products, and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless Two Tones approves an exception in writing.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Two Tones confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
